Customer Service Executives – British Accent

Job Description

We are providers of software and Digital Marketing for a UK based company.The person MUST be caring and compassionate. Must have the ability to listen and then offer a solution. Clients that will be calling in from the UK will all be from the UK So being compassionate is very important aspect but also must have the ability to solve problems.

We are looking for a sharp and energetic Customer Support Representative who can work in a challenging and yet compatible environment. The ideal candidate must possess:

  • The person MUST be caring and compassionate.
  • Candidate must be experienced of handling international customer through calls (British Accent Required) and Tickets.
  • Candidate must have ability to provide right solutions to the customer’s request.
  • Create/Update tickets in a proper manner.
  • Candidate should be Proficient in problem resolution techniques with strong voice and British Accent.
  • Candidate should have the ability to learn and manage our inhouse system properly.
  • Training will be provided to the selected candidate.
